General conditions of use of the site and the services offered

The use of this site implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users of this site are invited to consult them regularly.

OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS

Access to the spa and treatments is only available upon prior reservation.
The spa is open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 9 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from
8:45am to 8 pm.
We wait for you on site at least 15 minutes before the time of your appointment for the time of exchange with your practitioner, change and shower in case of treatments in the water.
The door code was emailed to you. If you did not receive it, you have certainly disabled notifications from Fresha, please reactivate them.
Access is forbidden to children under 12 years of age (except for baby care) at certain time slots.

BOOKINGS AND TREATMENT DEFERRALS

All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by payment.
Cancellation of reservations must be reported at least 72 hours in advance, otherwise the treatment will be invoiced in full. Treatment can only be postponed in case of hospitalization with supporting documentation.
In case of delay, the duration of the treatment may be reduced in order not to disturb subsequent appointments. Therefore, please come to the spa reception 15 minutes before your treatment for preparation time (questionnaire, change and shower).
Expired gift cards cannot be extended their validity date.

HYGIENE AND BEHAVIOR

Showering is mandatory before using the aquatic facilities.
Wearing a swimsuit and a towel is mandatory in common areas.
Swim shorts are accepted on site.
Wearing jumpsuits, burkinis and swim thongs is not allowed in the establishment.
Inappropriate behavior (excessive noise, bringing food or alcohol, disrespect from staff or other customers) may result in immediate exclusion.
The use of mobile phones is limited in order to preserve the tranquility of the place; they must be put in silent mode within the spa.
Taking photos of other customers without their consent is prohibited.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND HEALTH

Spa treatments and facilities are not recommended for people with health conditions without prior medical advice.
Customers are asked to inform staff of any specific medical conditions prior to treatment.
Floating massage is not recommended for people suffering from severe motion sickness.
Pregnant women can access healthcare from the twelfth week and babies must have up-to-date vaccines (at least 1 st dose of DTP).

RESPONSABILITES ET EFFETS PERSONNELS

We advise you to remove your jewelry before coming to the spa so as not to lose or forget them on site. Personal effects must be stored in the secure lockers provided for this purpose.
The spa declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or deterioration of personal effects. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to facilities and equipment.
